Mom had her 54th birthday last Saturday. She is now 3x Isaac's age (yep, that's pretty old). Now for some pictures... the pictures with mom receiving the gifts were taken Sat. and the pictures with the cake were taken Sun.

WHOA! Now mom is 54!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR MOM! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!
Mom had her 54th birthday last Saturday. She is now 3x Isaac's age (yep, that's pretty old). Now for some pictures... the pictures with mom receiving the gifts were taken Sat. and the pictures with the cake were taken Sun.
(dad is standing behind mom handing her the presents... it's tradition) Mom got some hot pads to replace some of the old ones that somehow got burned.
and then she got a new cookie sheet! (dad wanted it to replace one of the old ones, but mom refused to part with it)... one can never have too many cookie sheets.
Mom decorated her cake. The gummy bears in the middle of the cake represent her children and the gummy bears around the edges represent her grandchildren (in the order of their births). Mom pointed at each one of the gummy bears and told us who it represented... I'm pretty sure that I ate Jonathon and Timothy (sorry guys) from off my piece of cake.
dad lighting the candles (the candle in the shape of a 5 was used on mom and dad's 50th birthday celebration. We don't have a candle in the shape of a 4, so we just use four regular candles next to the 5... pretty clever)
I love this picture of mom after she blew out the candles...

Your parents are getting old. It looks like you had a great time, at least your mom looked like she had a great time, I hope that you did too!
Morgan got all shy when I told her hi from you. It was very cute. Then she smiled really brightly, so you made her day.
