Unripe fruit fun.

As I was walking around the garden, I found an oddly shaped melon thing. I didn't know what it was, so I picked it and took it to mom to see if she knew (yeah, I know I should have left it in the garden, but I saw a couple others just like it... so I wasn't too worried about picking this one)
Mom informed me that it was a canteloupe (I was very skeptical about this because the thing that I picked looked nothing like a canteloupe. I've scanned a lot of canteloupes at the grocery store lately and so there is just no fooling me into believing that a green, oddly shaped thing is canteloupe)
Well, I came to learn that what mom said was indeed correct. I did pick a canteloupe. (It was just an unripe canteloupe)
I felt bad about picking the odd melon from the garden, so I made it into a cantolantern. (pictured below)

This is the one eyed cantolantern. Pretty spooky, huh!
